Refunds and Exchange
Online PurchaseRefunds or exchanges of equal value are permitted within 30 days of the shipped date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with manufacturers tags still attached and in the original condition that you received it. But, we do not accept returns on final sale orders which include cosmetics, underwear, personal care items, jewellery,store gift certificates, seasonal, anything edible, and all sale items(special orders, discounted or sale items). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the case of a refund, the customer will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are not refunded. If your order was shipped to you under our "Free shipping" offer then our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and return approval by our staff. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returned item(except in the case of a damaged item or defective item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have received the defective or damaged item, we will re-ship the item to you at our cost.

Returns must be packed properly & securely for shipping. Also, All online orders may be returned in-store.
